In a step embodying the success of the partnership between civil society organizations and vital sectors, the story of Dr. Rahab emerged as one of the most inspiring models within the on-the-job training project. Dr. Rahab, who did not settle for the academic side, found in practical field training her pursuit to begin a promising professional journey from the halls of the Chamber of Commerce in the interim capital, Aden.

From Training to Qualitative Coordination
Dr. Rahab's journey began through the training program organized by the Child Protection and Care Organization. Based on her distinction and passion, the organization coordinated an intensive two-month practical experience for her at the Chamber of Commerce in Aden. This period was sufficient to transition her from study desks to the heart of institutional and commercial work, where she integrated into the departments of the Chamber and acquired qualitative administrative and organizational skills.

For Dr. Rahab, the experience was not just a passing training course, but rather a pivotal turning point that refined her vision for practical life. According to her description, this training represented the "real beginning" that set her on the right track.

Rahab added:
"This course is considered the first course I participate in, and through it, I felt that it left a valuable impact on me; as I acquired from it first many skills that I did not possess, and a lot of knowledge and information that refined my views and ideas in the field of work. This experience was able to make me determine the path and direction I will head towards, so this course was like the 'compass' that determined my direction for the starting point in my practical life. I ask Almighty God to place this in the scale of all your good deeds, and I offer my deep thanks and gratitude to every individual in the organization who contributed to providing this support to youth, as well as my thanks for the good choice and selection of the trainer who truly left a tangible impact on me regarding practical life."

Dr. Rahab's success in the Aden Chamber of Commerce was not a matter of coincidence, but rather the fruit of "good selection" which she praised, whether in the training curriculum or the competence of the trainers. As we have learned that a good source only yields success, Dr. Rahab proved that when Yemeni youth possess the right tools and supporting environment, they transform into a constructive energy capable of determining their destination and reaching their goals with confidence and competence.
